MARKET OUTLOOK
Weekly analysis of market structure, leadership, participation, and the evidence shaping risk and opportunity.
Each Outlook documents the market environment, leadership and themes, what the process is watching, what would change the view, and the bottom line. The focus is observation, conditional thinking, and risk awareness, not forecasts, alerts, or trade recommendations.

Leaders are breaking out, the bases behind them are filling in, and I'm finding more quality setups than I have capital to trade. Here is why the stock evidence still moved my view to constructive and why I expect the indexes to move higher in the near-term.

Participation weakened, but DELL, HPE and SMTC are already pushing higher. Familiar leaders and developing bases keep leadership constructive while the overall market view stays cautious.

SPY and QQQ held key levels, participation stabilized, prior leadership repaired, and the setup list expanded. That moved the posture from Cautious to Constructive, but Evidence Alignment is only 2.9/5 and just above neutral. QQQ remains rangebound, IWM has yet to confirm, and trend persistence and position feedback remain the missing proof. Exposure stays selective: add only on proof.

The indexes remain above key short term levels, but leadership is fragmented and setup quality is still too limited to press exposure.
